Le Marché restaurant remains among the gastronomic elite. In the current edition of the prestigious Gault & Millau 2026 guide, we have once again won 2 caps, confirming that the top gastronomic experience that our guests are looking for with us has long held.
Our cuisine is built on seasonal ingredients, thoughtful flavour combinations and detail in every course. Our second award in a row from Gault & Millau is confirmation that this journey makes sense. Moreover, the joy of defending Gault & Millau comes just moments after we received another global recognition. In December, we received the Michelin Selected award.

We take the fact that we are simultaneously recommended by Gault & Millau and Michelin, where we received the “Michelin Selected” award a few weeks ago, as recognition of our daily work. It’s not a start, but a logical continuation of what we have been doing at Le Marché for years: honest gastronomy, original concepts, quality ingredients, perfect service and a welcoming environment.
